Section 55
Board To Make Provisions On Compensation
If a stock exchange is not able to establish and operate the compensation fund pursuant to Section 53 in order to protect investors against possible loss and damage or does not pay or fails to pay the amount of compensation to be payable as prescribed, the Board may establish and operate the compensation fund as prescribed or make necessary provisions in relation to the payment of the amount of compensation required to be paid as prescribed.
